Talkspace
Care for your mental health with free access to Talkspace
As high-performance individuals dedicated to excellence in your respective medical fields, it is essential to recognize and address an often underappreciated and stigmatized aspect of your well-being: mental health.
Thanks to support from Montage Health Foundation, the Center for Physician Excellence provides doctors with confidential, no-cost access to Talkspace online therapy, psychiatry, self-guided counseling, and prescription management.
With Talkspace, you can send your therapist text, voice, or video messages anytime and anywhere, with psychiatry appointments available via live video sessions.
Your free Talkspace membership includes unlimited messaging and the option to use two 30-minute live chat, audio, or video sessions with your Talkspace therapist each month.
How to get started
To enroll, visit talkspace.com/montage and select “Get Started.” Enrollment is open year-round.
Important notes for registration instructions:
- In the verification process, select “Employee”(we are working on getting “medical staff” added to the drop-down menu)
- To access Talkspace: Self-Guided download Talkspace Go from the app store and use the code montagehealth.

Code Sage - emotional support response team for staff
Code Sage is a response team that offers peer-to-peer emotional support to employees who have experienced, or are working in, an emotionally traumatic or distressing situation.

Montage Wellness Center discount

EDGE Gym
