Mission and history of Montage Health Foundation

Since 2017, Montage Health Foundation has helped sustain the work of Montage Health. We do this by responsibly stewarding existing healthcare programs and championing innovative approaches to launch new ones.

The mission of Montage Health Foundation is to advance the vision and strategic priorities of Montage Health by inspiring and enhancing philanthropic support for Montage Health and its related entities. We make a difference through grant-making, volunteerism, and philanthropic partnerships with community members and like-minded organizations.

Our history and connection to Montage Health

Montage Health Foundation’s local, nonprofit parent company is Montage Health. The foundation's name changed in 2016 from Community Hospital Foundation to Montage Health Foundation. Since then, the foundation has evolved and transformed to build support for Montage Health’s entire continuum of care.
