Electronic release of health information
As of December 9, 2020, Montage Health will release electronic health information, such as lab and imaging test results, to your MyChart account as soon as the results are available. Starting in 2021, clinical notes, including assessments and treatment plans, will also be available for you to view.
Understanding your results
To make sure you avoid any unneeded stress or anxiety, it’s important to talk to your doctor about what your test results mean. Your doctor should call you after the results are available and will let you know if you need further testing or follow-up appointments.

Making your health information available electronically when the information is available supports our compliance with the federal government’s 21st Century Cures Act. This act promotes the access, exchange, and use of electronic health information. If you have concerns about the information that appears in your MyChart account, talk with your healthcare provider.
