Arriving at the birth center
The Family Birth Center is located on the main level of the Community Hospital campus in Monterey.
Parking and valet service
Free valet services are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the main entrance. We’ll take care of parking your vehicle so you can go directly to the birth center.
Outside of valet service hours or any time you choose, you may park your vehicle in our outdoor parking lot or underground parking garage. Follow the signs to the “parking pavilion” when you arrive at the hospital from Holman Highway. Use the garage’s elevator to go to the hospital’s main level.
Directions to the maternity department
Enter through the hospital's main entrance and check in with a registrar. You'll pass by the Comforts Gift Shop, koi pond, and Fountain Court Café to access the maternity area.
