Ahmad Edris, MD, specializes in interventional cardiology and cardiovascular disease with a focus on minimally invasive structural heart interventions. He chose this specialty because it allowed him to combine the analytic aspect of diagnosis and gave him the ability to provide therapies that truly change people’s lives. He is truly passionate about the practice of medicine with its constant challenges and developments and is most proud of helping establish the premier structural heart disease program at his prior hospital.
Dr. Edris believes the patient’s experience is fundamental to their healthcare journey. He defines quality healthcare as a multidisciplinary and collaborative approach whereby physicians and nursing teams work together to achieve the best treatment for each patient. When away from his work, he enjoys mountain biking, photography, and traveling with his family.
