What are biometric screenings?
Biometric screenings at your workplace include the same types of tests an employee might otherwise get at a doctor’s checkup. After gathering key health metrics, testing a tiny blood sample, and analyzing the results, our staff offers on-the-spot guidance on any needed lifestyle changes.

Screening services
During biometric screenings, trained healthcare professionals from Worksite Wellness provide confidential exams to your employees. We can also screen employee beneficiaries, such as their spouse or dependents.
At minimum, 25 people must participate.
Screening settings
Choose to hold screenings during a health fair, another health-related event, the work day, or a company retreat. Whichever option works best for your organization, we'll provide everything needed to make it a success.
Packages and costs
Rely on Worksite Wellness for affordable, professional services that deliver fast, accurate results.
Each exam session takes about 25 minutes. Screening results are available in 10 minutes and followed by individual wellness counseling with information about community resources. Each employee also receives:
- Access to our interactive online wellness portal to securely view their results and get health improvement tips
- Confidential Personal Health Report and Health Score via email
Screening option one
This screening is available at $40 per participant. No fasting is required, which means participants can eat or drink normally before their test. Option one includes:
- Fingerstick blood test
- Measurement of total cholesterol and high-density lipoprotein (HDL, or good) cholesterol levels, blood glucose (sugar) levels, and blood pressure
- InBody body fat analysis, which measures height and weight to calculate body mass index (BMI)
- Optional lung volume testing to check lung health
Screening option two
Participants must fast (not eat or drink anything) for 12 hours before their test, which costs $45 per person. Screening option two includes:
- Fingerstick blood test
- Measurement of total cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein (HDL, or good) and low-density lipoprotein (LDL, or bad) cholesterol levels, triglyceride levels, blood glucose (sugar) levels, and blood pressure
- InBody body fat analysis, which measures height and weight to calculate body mass index (BMI)
- Waist circumference
- Optional lung volume testing to check lung health
