24/7 eVisits

Get care from a qualified medical professional on your schedule, whenever and wherever works best for you – 24/7. Start an online eVisit from Montage Health now and start feeling better sooner. eVisits are available in English and Spanish.

What’s a 24/7 eVisit?

An eVisit allows you to:

  1. Complete an online or chat interview about your symptoms
  2. Submit your answers to a healthcare provider
  3. Receive a notification when your personalized treatment plan is ready

When to use a 24/7 eVisit

Use an eVisit if you or your loved one has a minor illness or injury that doesn’t require an in-person physical examination. View the list of common conditions we’re able to treat on this page.

Who can use 24/7 eVisit?

Anyone over 18 can create an eVisit account. If you’re the parent, guardian, or caregiver of a minor child or dependent adult, you can add them to your account. A parent or guardian must complete eVisits for minor children.

Age restrictions

Certain services are only available based on the age of the patient. If your child has symptoms but isn’t old enough to receive eVisit care for that condition, call their doctor or take them to an urgent care clinic or emergency room, if needed.
