Preadmission registration
Planning to give birth at Community Hospital’s Family Birth Center? You’ll find it’s easy to schedule and plan your pregnancy and birth care.
Step 1: Hospital registration
If you have an existing MyChart account, you can register for your delivery using MyDelivery. If you wish to create a MyChart account, sign up today. This patient portal lets you securely manage everything related to your health, including the care you receive from Montage Health.
At the end of your sign up, you will receive a link to access the InJoy Learning Center. Please use the access code provided to unlock your free class for Understanding Birth and Understanding Breastfeeding. They are a great resource for pregnant patients and their support team.

Step 3: Preadmission interview
Schedule your preadmission interview online six to eight weeks before your baby is due. The preadmission interview is a phone call that lasts about 30 minutes. We’ll discuss the details of your upcoming stay and answer any questions you have.
