Conditions treated

Get a diagnosis and treatment for conditions such as:

  • Cervical radiculopathy (nerve pain starting in the neck)
  • Herniated (bulging or slipped) disc
  • Sciatica (nerve pain in the lower back and leg)
  • Scoliosis, kyphosis, or lordosis (curved spine)
  • Spinal stenosis (narrowed spinal canal)
  • Spine fractures and other spinal cord injuries
  • Spondylolisthesis (slipped vertebra)

Treatments and therapies

You may get the best result with more than one type of care, such as:

  • Neurological care – Focuses on treating nerves
  • Pain management – Includes a variety of approaches, such as medication and alternative or complementary techniques
  • Physical therapy – Uses gentle exercises and hands-on techniques to improve range of motion and relieve pain
  • Surgery – Repairs spine injuries using a minimally invasive approach whenever possible to reduce pain, risk of complications, and recovery time

Back and neck surgery

You will be in the experienced hands of one of our board-certified orthopedic surgeons or neurosurgeons. Trust your doctor to provide excellent care during procedures such as:

  • Cervical or lumbar fusion – Joins two or more vertebrae in the neck or lower back to improve spine stability
  • Disc replacement – Exchanges a worn-out disc for an artificial one
  • Kyphoplasty – Injects a cement-like mixture into a broken vertebra to strengthen the bone and ease pain
  • Spinal decompression surgery, including discectomy and laminectomy – Removes a disc or part of a vertebral bone to remove painful pressure on nerves
