Victor (he, him, his) specializes in crisis intervention and strives for genuine healing and connection with those who are suffering. He is passionate about serving our youth, especially marginalized and underserved populations, and believes that authenticity, empathy, and organic human connection are the key ingredients to healing. Victor previously worked as a therapist for incarcerated youth, standing with them through every step of their healing journey. In his free time, Victor enjoys hiking, taking his family dog to the beach, rooting for the San Francisco Giants, and international travel.
