Veronica is a licensed marriage and family therapist at Ohana. She was born at Community Hospital and grew up on the Monterey Peninsula before pursuing her education in fine arts at California College of the Arts. She later attended Notre Dame de Namur University to study marriage and family therapy, and art therapy. Veronica lived in the Bay Area for nearly 20 years before returning to Monterey to raise her own family. Prior to joining Ohana, she worked in a variety of mental health settings serving youth and families, was a teacher, and served as a school administrator. She spends her free time with her family and enjoys being silly with them in various, creative ways. Someday, she would love to start writing a young adult novel.
