Amanda (she, her, hers) is a senior administrative assistant and believes that the positive impact a mental health provider can have on patients and their families is the greatest reward and most fulfilling career. She is passionate about family, baseball, and advocating for change in the public-school systems to honor neurodiversity and inclusion. Amanda is proud of her decision to pursue higher education after being out of the classroom for more than 10 years. She believes that each interaction patients and families have at Ohana consists of staff who care deeply for the patient’s well-being. When she isn’t busy with work or school, she enjoys reading or going to the baseball field with her sons.
