• 25-yard lap pool and warm-water therapy pools
• Group exercise classes and structured fitness programs
• Individual and group personal training from certified instructors
• Massage therapy and wellness services, like skincare treatments and hair removal
• Screenings and assessments of your health and current fitness abilities so you can exercise smarter and track your progress
• Kids Clubs offering onsite, low-cost childcare
• Rehabilitation services, including physical therapy and aquatic therapy, with a doctor’s referral
• Spacious, comfortable locker rooms

Open to everyone

Anyone can become a Montage Wellness Center member to work out, take a class, or enjoy another service. Consider signing up for a monthly membership at one or both of our locations to receive membership perks and discounts. By joining, you’ll receive an orientation that introduces you to everything the center offers, as well as a free personal training session.
