Isabella Carrion

Isabella's passion for fitness stems from her experience as a collegiate volleyball player at California State University, Monterey Bay, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. As a college athlete, she spent countless hours in the weight room learning and growing stronger, which ultimately fueled her love for fitness. Throughout her sports career, she faced several injuries that required rehabilitation through physical therapy. This experience ignited her passion for helping others overcome their injuries while becoming stronger and healing their bodies. 

Isabella began her career as a trainer and coach in 2021 and uses her expertise to assist individuals of all fitness levels in reaching their goals and becoming the healthiest version of themselves. She has successfully guided members in achieving goals such as weight loss, muscle gain, endurance building, strength enhancement, and mobility improvement. Isabella believes that exercise is essential for a person's well-being and can significantly enhance quality of life.
