Isabel has been passionate about health and fitness since she was young, playing soccer, running track, and participating in cross-country in high school. Her supportive coaches inspired her to earn a degree in Kinesiology, graduating from California State University, Fresno in 2017. While in college, she also started teaching fitness classes. After graduation, Isabel continued her group fitness work at Montage Wellness Center and spent four years as a physical therapy aide. During that time, she learned how to help people with different injuries and limitations and witnessed the power that regular movement can have on the human body.
Isabel has worked as a personal trainer with clients of different ages and fitness levels. She teaches and guides her clients toward their goals while motivating and encouraging them along the way. After experiencing her own injury, Isabel gained first-hand experience in physical therapy and rehabilitation. With the help of physical therapists and her determination, she was able to overcome her injury and developed a strong interest in injury prevention.
