Raya believes that you should feel the burn, not the pain, and safety and form are always the priority. Raya has been a Zumba instructor since 2014 and continues instructing and teaching other aerobic, strength, and Aqua classes. Raya came into her love of fitness in her mid 20s after having a health crisis, which led her to value exercise and well-being. Raya believes that exercise is medicine and tailors training programs to her trainees' health and fitness goals. She encourages them to keep pushing toward becoming the healthiest versions of themselves. Her clients range from all ages and fitness levels. Raya runs half marathons in her free time and volunteers by instructing Zumba for special events.
