Functional Independence Measure (FIM)
A higher functional independence measure means the results of medical rehabilitation are more successful. (FIM measures facility's success using 18 categories reflecting severity of patient disability and results of medical rehabilitation)

Percent of patients discharged home
A higher discharged home rate means patients have greater success with their care and do not need to go to a higher level of medical care following treatment.

Length of stay efficiency (patients do better and have shorter stays)
A higher length of stay efficiency rate means patients are getting better faster than expected for their condition.

Lower is better (April - June 30, 2017)
