Need care urgently?

We are here to help you navigate the right care for you at the right place. If you have an urgent healthcare issue and it's not an emergency, we encourage you to contact Montage Medical Group first. If we are not reachable, and if your need is urgent, Montage Health has other healthcare options:

  • 24/7 eVisits: For when you need quick care for many common health concerns that don’t require an in-person examination. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from your phone, laptop, or tablet
  • MoGo Urgent Care: In-person urgent care for a minor illness or injury that needs an in-person visit. Walk into a location near you, or make a reservation online
  • Emergency department: Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room if you need immediate help for a serious health problem

Prepare for your appointment

Help your appointment go smoothly. Make sure to:

  • Arrive early to complete forms if it’s your first visit. Or, fill out your new patient packet at home
  • Bring a list of your current medications (or the bottles)
  • Get medical tests your doctor has ordered, usually at least 72 hours before your appointment, so your doctor can review the results before your visit
  • Learn about billing, insurance, and financial assistance

Frequently asked questions

How do I get prescriptions refilled?

If you need to refill a prescription medication, call your pharmacy. The pharmacy will then send us your refill request. It may take up to three business days before your prescription refill is ready, so call the pharmacy several days before your medicine runs out.

How can I fill out paperwork or questionnaires before my appointment?

A few days prior to your visit, you’ll receive an appointment reminder via text or email. This reminder will include a link to any required forms or questions that need to be answered prior to your visit. Simply click the link and fill out the forms online at your convenience. Providing this information in advance helps us prepare for your visit and minimizes your time in the office.

What is eCheckin?

Our eCheckin process makes it easy for new patients to provide important information surrounding their demographics, insurance, medical history, current medications, allergies, and more before their appointment. This user-friendly tool simplifies the registration and intake processes, allowing patients to complete the necessary forms quickly and conveniently from the comfort of their own home. By taking care of these details in advance, patients can maximize their visit time with their healthcare provider, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
