Weekdays
From Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., call (831) 625-4505.
Nights and weekends
After regular business hours and on weekends, call the hospital operator at (831) 624-5311 and ask for the public information officer on call.

Photo, video, and interview requests
Contact Montage Health Marketing and Communications to arrange interviews, photography, or filming before coming to our facilities. You must be accompanied by someone from our team while visiting any Montage Health location as a member of the media.
We will work with you and patients who wish to participate in on-site interviews. Patients must sign consent forms allowing media and the hospital to conduct such activities.
We work hard to honor deadlines and reasonable requests, including those for interior film footage or photography and interviews, while safeguarding patient privacy.
